My journey in healthcare spans 28 years, a journey defined by purpose, resilience, and a passion for transforming lives. From the very beginning, I was guided by a deep sense of calling—to create healthcare that is compassionate, innovative, and impactful. The path has been filled with learning, challenges, and triumphs, each shaping me into the professional and person I am today.

I began my career at the grassroots of the healthcare sector, gaining firsthand experience in patient care and hospital operations. Those early days were full of challenges, and navigating them taught me resilience, patience, and the importance of leadership with empathy. Over time, I realized that true leadership in healthcare is not just about systems and strategy; it is about inspiring people, building capable teams, and creating environments where patients and professionals thrive together.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working across multiple domains, including hospital administration, clinical governance, quality management, patient safety, operational excellence, and healthcare innovation. These experiences broadened my perspective, allowing me to blend strategic insight with practical solutions to drive meaningful impact. I have also embraced continuous learning, earning numerous national and international qualifications and certifications, including prestigious programs from Harvard University, which have strengthened my ability to implement global best practices tailored to local healthcare needs.

Notably, I was awarded CEO of the Year by the Indian Achievers Award in recognition of my outstanding professional achievements and contributions towards nation-building. Currently, as the Group CEO of Pranaam Hospitals, I continue to live my purpose with God’s love and guidance, driving innovation, quality, and patient-centric care. Under my leadership, the organization has achieved significant milestones, including hospital expansions, robust quality frameworks aligned with NABH standards, enhanced patient experiences, and impactful community healthcare initiatives. Beyond my professional life, I am deeply passionate about creativity and expression.
